Directions

  1. Prepare rice, salt and water"according to manufacturer's directions".
  2. In large skillet, saute onion in butter until golden.
  3. Stir in beef, garlic, flour, salt, MSG, paprika, pepper and mushrooms.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes, uncovered and stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
  7. Serve over hot rice.
