  1. Interesting flavor combinations ~ I could not find the Aleppo pepper (yet) so used the red pepper/paprika option. Can't wait to use this on some veggies nad grilled meats. Thanks for posting Chocolatl ~ made for ZWT6 ~ GREECE Region and the Queens of Quisine!

  2. I scaled the recipe down quite a bit, love all the wonderful flavors! Made for ZWT#6 by a Looney Spoon Phoodie!

  3. We were down the hill the other day (as it out of the desert, & much closer to real civilization!), & I was made my way SLOWLY through my first Middle Eastern market, & now that I know it's there, I'll be back from time to time! Anyway, one of the things I picked up was a small container of aleppo pepper, so making this recipe was wonderful! That pepper, used alone, is great on baked potatoes, & who knows what else! Anyway, this seasoning recipe went together in less time then I've taken writing this review, & I look forward to enjoying it immensely! Thanks for sharing the recipe! {Made & reviewed while in Greece with ZWT6]
