A simpler, Americanized version of the soups that my aunt makes.
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups baby bok choy
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup frozen peas
- 1⁄2 cup scallion
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in large havy pot.
- Add cabbage and the rest of the fresh ingredients.
- Cook 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in oil and salt and pepper.
