"Tonight I was making recipe #147775 and I needed a side dish with an oriental flair... I came up with this and got great reviews from the family! (Cooking time is the time the cous cous needs to sit.)"

  1. This was GREAT! My husband is always telling me NOT to cook couscous because he hates it, but that doesn't stop me from trying once in a while lol. He actually liked this one! I added a bit of sweet asian chili sauce, and some sesame oil and I eyeballed most of the other ingredients. It was simple and tasted great with our Orange Teryiaki Chicken!

  2. I scaled back for 1 serve and there was plenty for 3 of us - the only thing I did differently was to my couscous into a bowl and then heat up the broth in the microwave and then poured over the couscous and covered and after five minutes fluffed up and added the other ingredients and served. Thank you ShortyBond, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.

  3. I really liked this recipe - could have used 1/4 cup more broth. Added diced smoked turkey sausage and thinly sliced snow peas. Loved the flavors.

  4. Really good, helps with the blandness of couscous.

  5. Wonderful and quick. Thanks for sharing!
