I got this recipe from my aunt. It is the best chicken! Also if you have more chicken breasts, or it needs more marinade just add til it tastes not to salty.

Very good recipe. I used this in my OAMC plan last month and froze the chicken in the marinade, thawed and baked in the sauce for 30-40 minutes. Flavor was excellent. Thanks!


  1. Place the garlic cloves, soya sauce and honey in a dish.
  2. Then place the chicken breasts in there to marinade for at least 2 hours.
  3. Bake at 350 until chicken is no longer pink(about 40min).
