I got this recipe from my aunt. It is the best chicken! Also if you have more chicken breasts, or it needs more marinade just add til it tastes not to salty.
- Place the garlic cloves, soya sauce and honey in a dish.
- Then place the chicken breasts in there to marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Bake at 350 until chicken is no longer pink(about 40min).
Very good recipe. I used this in my OAMC plan last month and froze the chicken in the marinade, thawed and baked in the sauce for 30-40 minutes. Flavor was excellent. Thanks!
Incredibly easy to make and very tasty. I marinated for longer than suggested- 2 hours. Make sure to remember to poke holes in your chicken to get the flavor throughout.
