- 396.89 g can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 226.79 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml nonfat yogurt (pour off extra liquid)
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, shredded
- 56.69 g jar diced pimentos, drained
- 198.44 g can diced green chilies
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 0.25 ml paprika
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together (except paprika).
- Place mixture in a pie pan or casserole.
- sprinkle top with paprika.
- Bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Serve with pita chips, bread, tortilla chips or crackers.
