Apricots With Prosciutto

- 6 fresh apricots
- 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
directions
- Halve the apricots, remove the stones and then slice each half in two, so that you have 24 pieces.
- Wrap a small piece of proscuitto round each apricot quarter and serve.
