- 177.44 ml unsalted butter or 177.44 ml margarine
- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 7.39 ml vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 394.39 ml flour
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 1.23 ml salt
- 177.44 ml chopped hazelnuts (optional)
- 236.59 ml chopped dried apricot
- 236.59 ml quality white chocolate (or more, chopped into chunks)
directions
- Preheat over to 350°F (or 175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add the nuts, apricots and white chocolate.
- Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes. (These cookies don't spread very much, so they can be pretty closely packed onto the cookie sheet).
- Transfer to a cooling rack.
