2 loaf breads
ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped nuts
directions
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
- Grease two loaf pans, or 7 mini loaf pans.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
- Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
- Blend into flour mixture.
- Fold in apples and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
- Bake less time for mini loaves.

I tried your receipe of the Apple Loaf Bread twice and both times it was a failure . Folding<br/>in the nuts and apples after all the ingredience have been mixed was a chore of its own.<br/>Ive tried this receipe 2 time and both failures. After struggled mixing a big clob of , {clay} the <br/>next thing was try to put it in a loaf pan, { a chore of its own} . what a poor excuse for Apple Nut Loaf Bread. Receipe in the garbage.

This recipe should be locked in a safe at Fort Knox! It's unbeliveably good! I had a couple of apples hanging around, so I tried this. I can't believe I hadn't made it before.
