• 90 g butter
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1⁄3 cup brown sugar

• 1 1⁄4 cups self-raising flour
• 3⁄4 cup wholemeal self-rising flour
• 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
• 1⁄2 cup milk
