Apple Cake

This is a very moist delicious cake that is wonderful with a cup of coffee, or by itself. It is a family favorite.

Ingredients:

Servings: 16

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 4 cups sliced apples
• 2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 9+13 pan or a bundt pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl sift the flour, cinnamon, baking sida, and salt. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl beat the eggs and oil together until well mixed.
5. add the sugar and vanilla.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix until combined.
7. Fold in the apple slices and the walnuts.
8. Spead into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
