I got this recipe from my DH's family church cookbook that they publish every year. It makes a refreshing summer beverage, but good for any party.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix cranberry juice, pineapple juice, sugar and almond extract.
  2. Chill.
  3. Add Ginger ale when ready to serve.

I made this for our church coffee hour and it was delicious. The almond extract really adds a special (subtle) flavor. My husband loved it, too. The ingredients are easy to adjust for smaller portions so I will try to make this more often (and not wait for a special occasion). Thanks for posting, Shandibear! Roxygirl

This is the same punch that I've made a few times now except the cranberry & pineapple juice are 48 oz of each with 1/2-1 tsp almond extract. It is a wonderful punch!! The almond adds just a little extra "something" yummy. The punch always gets lots of compliments when we use this recipe!
