  • asparagus, tip pencil size and 2-inches long, steamed, drained, sliced on 1/4-inch bias
  • 3 baby shrimp, cooked
  • 12 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Italian dressing


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, place on Chinese spoon and serve.
