Amber's Dressing
"An old secret recipe that can be used for anything! dressings for salads and slaws, or sauces for burgers! Marinate some chicken or pork in it for a nice tangy treat!
If using as a marinade for chicken, I find it helps to use more EVOO than normal, it helps keep the chicken moist.
This dressing will hold in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, but is best when used within 24hrs."

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dill weed
directions
- Whisk everything together until well incorporated.

This dressing is perfect like that. I did as written except that I used light mayonnaise. It's kind of spicy because of the pepper but it's yummy. My boyfriend who likes his salad without dressing, liked this one and said 5 stars. Thanks A.D.
