- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1 lb pre-cooked cocktail shrimp
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette sundried tomato & basil
directions
- Preheat grill or oven to broil setting.
- Mix olive oil and 1 teaspoons chopped parsley and brush on both sides of French bread slices.
- Grill or broil the French bread slices 1-2 minutes on each side until crisp and let cool.
- Spread Alouette® Sundried Tomato & Basil evenly over the French bread slices and top with pre-cooked shrimp.
- Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley and serve.
