Sweet, orangey, and very simple to whip up. I needed to bake mine for closer to 40 minutes, because they were still very wobbly in the center at 30 minutes. They collapsed quite a bit while cooling, so they weren't as cute cooled as they were out of the oven, but no matter. Nice tasty little individual desserts, thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2011

What a lovely treat srslyDiana. We enjoyed this simple custard very much. Loved the balance of delicate and bold flavors. My custard also deflated while cooling and fell apart when removed from the ramakin. It didn't matter one bit the flavor out shone everything. Served with a dollop of whipped cream, it was the perfect ending to our meal. Light, creamy, lovely texture and great flavor. Thank you so much for sharing. Made for Fall Pac 2011.
