- 4 green onions, finely chopped (cut with kitchen shears, so much easier)

- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil (pompian is my fav)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

My mom makes a similar recipe that my family really enjoys so I knew this one would be a hit! Although we like sunflower seeds in salads, we felt like sesame seeds give more of an Oriental flare, so will probably use them next time instead. I used 1/4 head each of green & purple cabbage.
