Chartreuse is wicked green stuff, be careful too much will make it much too sweet.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ounces dry gin
  • 12 ounce green chartreuse liqueur (an herbal liqueur)
  • 12 ounce dry sherry, optional
  • lemon, rind of, twist


  1. Stir with ice cubes and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Garnish with lemon peel.
