GREAT fresh Tuna recipe!
- 8 ounces fresh ahi, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes (yellow fin tuna)
- 1⁄2 cup maui onion, chopped
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced thin (scallions)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 2 teaspoons shoyu (soy sauce)
- 3⁄4 teaspoon hawaiian sea salt (white or alaea)
- sesame seeds, a large pinch
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate over night or 6 hours.
- Serve on mixed lettuce greens or shredded cabbage and top with sesame seeds.
