  1. I’m so happy to find someone else who wanted to combine the taste of honey mustard dressing with balsamic vinaigrette dressing! For several years, I’ve concocted something similar, substituting agave for honey, just as you did, but my dressing was always missing ‘something’. I tried adding this and that, then I discovered your recipe and tried it tonight! It was delicious and a greet consistency! The oregano and parsley really complemented the other flavors, too. The next time, just for my taste, I will try 1 or 1.5 Tbsp of agave nectar. Thank you for creating and posting your yummy recipe!
