When I have a cold, I like to drink cold fruit drinks and this was created to full fill that need.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 french vanilla tea bags
  • 3 cups pineapple-orange juice
  • 14 cup coconut juice
  • 4 cups ice
  • 4 fresh pineapple slices (optional)


  1. Boil water in Tea Pot.
  2. Pour water over tea bags and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Discard tea bags.
  4. In a plastic pitcher add 2 cups of ice.
  5. Add tea to cool down.
  6. After cooled, may transfer to a glass pitcher.
  7. Added pineapple orange juice and coconut juice to tea and mix together.
  8. Add 1/2 a cup of ice to each glass and pour tea/juice mixture over ice.
  9. May garnish with slice of pineapple.
  10. Enjoy!

Yummm, yummm and yummm. What a treat Love the vanilla with the juices. My juice had pulp in it which I like but makes for an odd looking photo. Cold, fruity and refreshing. Will surely make again. Made for Comfort Cafe, Summer 09.
