- 3 large baking potatoes, washed
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- sour cream (optional)
directions
- Wash the potatoes and poke them with a fork for even cooking. Place them in the microwave and cook them for 15 - 18 minutes or until almost cooked.
- Remove them and cut in half. Brush the potatoes with some olive oil and sprinkle them with your favorite seasoning or just salt and pepper them. I use Club House Garlic Plus.
- Place the potatoes cut side down on the grill and continue cooking until the potato is crisp on the outside and cooked inside -- about 20 - 30 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve with sour cream.
