This recipe is unbelievable! Even those who swear they don't like pumpkin pie LOVE this one!
- 1 (12 ounce) canlibby pumpkin
- 2 large eggs, beaten lightly
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 (12 ounce) can Carnation instant milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F Cook at 425F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350F and cook 40-50 minutes, until entire pie is raised across top.
