7 Layer Salad Yooper Michigan Style

"This is a popular potluck dish and supper dish. I have searched other seven layer salads and none compare to this"

ingredients

• 1419.54 ml lettuce
• 473.18 ml green peppers
• 473.18 ml red onions
• 473.18 ml sweet peas
• 709.77 ml mayonnaise
• 236.59 ml bacon bits
• 473.18 ml cheddar cheese

directions

1. Layer chopped lettuce,then the chopped onion, then the diced green pepper then the thawed seet peas spread the jar of mayo then sprinkle bacon bits top with cheese in a 9 x 13.
2. i use the bacon bits (oscar meyer) that are in the salad dressing isle
3. I like alot so i use 2 packages and the mayo has to be the (hellmans) kind refrigerate for 2 hours or more - enjoy!
