  • Preheat a very large non-stick saute pan over medium heat.
  • Add chicken chunks, half the garlic, and half the pepper. Turn as chicken gets white on the bottom. If chicken sticks to the non-stick pan, use a small amount of water to free it.
  • Add the wine and rest of the garlic and other remaining seasoning. Cook for two minutes and add mushrooms.
  • Continue cooking until the biggest chuncks of chicken are cooked throughout.
