- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, Cut into strips
- 1⁄2 cup marsala wine
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
directions
- Preheat a very large non-stick saute pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken chunks, half the garlic, and half the pepper. Turn as chicken gets white on the bottom. If chicken sticks to the non-stick pan, use a small amount of water to free it.
- Add the wine and rest of the garlic and other remaining seasoning. Cook for two minutes and add mushrooms.
- Continue cooking until the biggest chuncks of chicken are cooked throughout.
