    Yesterday was my 21st birthday, and of course my boyfriend and I were extremely hung over without anything to eat or really even prepare in the house. Fortunately, we were able to combine some things and somehow created our first recipe together.

    Directions:

      Prepare elbow noodles according to package and preheat oven to 450º F.

      On med-low heat, combine mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir in milk according to desired creaminess.

      Once desired creaminess is achieved, add cornstarch to the cheese mixture. Mix until desired thickness is achieved.

      Drain elbow noodles and return to original pan. Add cheese mixture to noodles, add desired amount of parmesan cheese, and mix until combined thoroughly.

      Transfer to a clear 8x8 pan and top with desired amount of breadcrumbs.

      Place pan in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

      Let cool for about 5 minutes and then enjoy!
