My came out the perfect thickness for my tastes, not runny at all!!! Thanks for sharing ellie, will definitely make this again!! Made for your win in the cooking games Summer Spectacular!!!

This was a very good breakfast treat for me and my 3 year old DS. I used strawberries and only 1 cup of OJ. I used vanilla yogurt so omitted the vanilla and only used about 1/2T of honey as the berries were sweet. I threw in 1/2 a banana because I had one I needed to use up and I added a teaspoon of canola oil to my portion. All and all a very good healthy treat. Thanks for posting.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
