ingredients

• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken strips
• 1 sliced onion
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 3⁄4 cup salsa
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• tortilla
• cheese
• tomatoes
• sour cream (etc.)

directions

1. Combine all except tortillas and toppings in plastic bag and marinate 2-24 hours.
2. Cook all in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Top with toppings.
