Lemongrass Iced Tea

  • Slice the lemongrass into rings, and place into a pot with the water, leaving enough room to boil.
  • Boil 10-15 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Add the sugar to the just boiled water, then pour into a pitcher over Ice Cubes.

  1. very light and refreshing. i only used 1/4 c sugar, i don't like sweet tea. I also added a few slices of ginger, strained out the solids and served over ice.
