  1. Very delicious, nice and juicy, I reduced the salt to one teaspoon and I'd say it was just right. I plan on making this at least monthly.
     
  2. I made this tonight for dinner and although it isnt the prettiest thing to look at, it tasted yummy. I made sure to mix my cream cheese thoroughly with the meat. Also, I'd definitely decrease the salt next time as it was a tad too much for my taste. Thanks for sharing!
     
  3. What did I do wrong? It looked like something out of one of the Alien movies when I took it out of the oven. I thought the cream cheese would melt but it stayed in globs. I didn't like it, but my husabnd did.
     
  4. This was very tasty and easy. I used turkey instead of beef. This would be a good base to add your own seasonings or different veggies (roasted red pepper perhaps?).
