I used your recipe for Thanksgivng. I mashed the sweet potatoes with the spices so my granddaugthers would eat them but I forgot to add the orange juice. Everyone said how much they liked them and I didn't have leftovers. Next time I will have to remember the orange juice. Thanks Kittencal. Bullwinkle

These were so good, had never made sweet potatoes before and now can't imagine making them any other way after this. Accidentally used white sweet potatoes instead of orange yams and got a little worried when I realized, I'll make sure to buy the right ones next time. Used fresh squeezed oj from our juicer and it just added a nice depth to the potatoes but we couldn't actually taste the juice. Thanks for posting this.
