This was a great recipe! The only change I made was to add a little bit of fresh garlic to the ground chicken when I was frying it! Actually, after tasting the sloppy joes made with ground chicken, I don't think I'll be making them with the beef again! I'll certainly be making these again. Not only tasty, but healthy too. Texturally, this is very different from the traditional ground beef sloppy joe. The ground chicken doesn't crumble as well and is more chunky. Other than adding a good dose of salt and pepper, these turned out nicely. I was a little leery of that amount of Worcestershire sauce, but it wasn't too much. Thanks for sharing.

Very good sloppy joes. Love the change from beef. I added 2 cloves of garlic when cooking the chicken and used recipe#73172 as well. I was a bit nervous about the amount of worcestershire sauce but it turned out to be perfect! I will be making this again. Made for the Beyond Beef challenge in the cooking photo forum sept08
