"Best Chili ever, recipe from my mother-in-law, and I have yet to taste any other chili that compares for me."

ingredients

• 3 lbs ground chuck, cooked, drained
• 32 1⁄4 ounces Campbell's condensed tomato soup
• 16 1⁄8 ounces water
• 46 1⁄2 ounces kidney beans, undrained
• 3 tablespoons chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped

directions

1. cook the beef, then throw it all in a crock pot on low for 4-8 hours.
