Barbecued Hamburger Sandwiches ( Sloppy Joes )

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 10-12 sandwiches

ingredients

• 2 lbs ground turkey (or beef if you prefer)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• roll

directions

1. Fry meat& onion until cooked completely.
2. Add all other ingredients, except rolls.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Spoon onto rolls.
5. Top with cheese if you wish.
6. This recipe freezes well!
