I am a Certified Executive Chef. I worked hard and retired at 55. I spend my time cooking and writing my cookbook. I was a personal chef for two Presidents. Lyndon Johnson and Jerry Ford. My kitchen at home contains only industrial equipment, ie. Viking, Taulson, Middlebe Marshal, etc. I love the recipezaar and have told family and friends about your site. I have over 600 cookbooks, but I find myself turning to recipezaar before going to my library. I am married with two grown daughters and four grandsons. My oldest lives in Manhattan and is a book editor for Scholastic Press. My youngest lives in Germany.
