"This is for real garlic lovers and goes very well over chicken or fish."

ingredients

• 5 garlic cloves, minced (the bigger, the better)
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• salt, to taste

directions

1. Mix together all ingredients and serve over chicken or fish.
