  • Freeze unpeeled banana, remove from freezer, slice through peel lengthwise and remove peel.
  • Slice frozen banana and toss with brown sugar and yogurt.
  • Top with chopped nuts, if desired.

The frozen banana kinda melts into the yogurt while youre eating and makes this super yummy! I reduced the sugar as my banana was very sweet and instead of nuts I used crushed flax seeds.
