For the Suns
- 80 g dried apricots
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 20 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

For the Moons
- 20 g almonds
- 60 g prunes
- 10 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 20 g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 -3 tablespoons water
directions
- Place all dried ingredients from the sun or moon in a food processor. Process until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the liquid. Mix. Refridgerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- Take the pate out of the fridge. Roll into bite sized balls using your palms.
