Awesome Pizza Sauce

"My 2 sons and I came up with this really great pizza sauce recipe just fooling around with several other recipes. It turned out so good I'd thought I'd share it."

• Ingredients: 11
• Yields: 2 pies
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons minced garlic or 3 cloves, of fresh
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 2⁄3 cup water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
• 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons red wine
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Put all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for about 20 minutes-stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
