Christmas Cosmopolitan by the Pitcher
"I can't recommend this Cosmopolitan enough, not only for it's crisp taste, but it's so beautiful. Double and serve in a punch bowl for the holiday season with an ice ring embedded with cranberries. Thanks to my sister-in-law turning me onto this beautiful drink from Victoria Classics Holiday Bliss. (Note: The original recipe calls for gin but can sub vodka.)"

ingredients
- crushed ice
- 3 1⁄4 cups plus 2 tablespoons pure cranberry juice
- 2 cups simple syrup
- 1 3⁄4 cups gin
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
directions
- Fill a large pitcher 3/4 full with crushed ice. Combine cranberry juice, simple syrup, gin, and lemon juice. Serve chilled over ice.
- Garnish with cranberry-embellished rosemary sprigs, if desired.
