"Love this drink -- it's a great signature drink for your Christmas party!"

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• ice
• 3 1⁄2 ounces lemon-scented vodka
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 ounces Cointreau liqueur
• 1 tablespoon fresh cranberry juice
• lime zest

directions

1. Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes or longer. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 3 ½ ounces lemon-scented vodka, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2 ounces Cointreau and 1 tablespoon fresh cranberry juice; cover. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain evenly into the chilled glasses. Top with lime zest.

I chose this to make for the "I Recommend" Game 2012 and truly enjoyed it. Made as directed, maybe a little heavy on the lime but I love tart and this really came through. Wish I'd had the right shape of glass, but had to use what was available. The color was so pretty and the taste so fresh and tart. I truly DO Recommend this drink.
