Teriyaki Salmon

"Recipe sourced from Curves recipe book. I was unsure because I don't like ginger much but - mmmmmm! Yummy! We served with stir fried yellow squash, zucchini and brown rice. I also used a little of the leftover marinade to flavour the vegetable/rice concoction as I figured it would cook any of the salmon from the marinade anyway."

  1. Excellent marinade! The salmon soaked it up like a sponge in only a half an hour. It broiled up nicely. I will be making it again!

  2. This is an outstanding recipe. We eat salmon at least and have several recipes we choose from. This will be added to the list and used frequently

  3. Delish! I love teriyaki sauce from scratch rather than the purchased stuff. I added lots of ginger, lol, and cooked this on my stove top grill pan. Thanks The Normans for a really simple and wonderful dinner. Made for Spring PAC 2011.
