Mom's Salad Dressing (Red Wine Vinegar)

"Simple and sweet, only three ingredients. To be clear, this is NOT an Italian-style dressing. This is a mild, sweet, natural-tasting dressing with NO kick (that's how I like it). Still tastes good if you replace the sugar with Truvia, though not so good with low-fat mayonnaise."

  1. I make this ALL the time. Everyone loves it. I put it on mixed greens with paper thin red onion slices, crumbled goat cheese, sliced strawberries and some crumbled bacon. It's an awesome combination. Sometimes I'll add toasted pinenuts as well.

  2. We loved this. I have made it several times. It is very much like my favorite Italian restaurant's house dressing. I did add 1 T. of my Italian seasoning the last time I made it and felt that added a bit more flavor.

  3. Simple, delicious, and ready in a shake! Thanks, laurenpie! Made for PAC Spring 2011.
