  1. This was a good coleslaw for it being so healthy. I did think the mustard over powered it just a bit. So If I make it a next time I will add a little less. I did add more pineapple juice, it added a nice sweetness to it. I used the bagged coleslaw mix instead of shredding myself. Its a big time saver! Along with a little more seasonings this is a decent coleslaw. Of course I love all the fuller fat ones a lot better! But this was pretty good considering only being 1 ww point! Thanks for the recipe!

  2. This was a good and easy coleslaw. I used seasoned rice vinegar since I didn't have white wine vinegar. I also added some sliced up jicama I needed to use. Made for 1-2-3 Hits Zaar Tag Game 2010.

  3. a very easy recipe to make, which was much enjoyed by my crew. I used fat free mayo, and about 4 TBS of vinegar and about 1 tsp pepper, for a little more tang and pop. Definitely a keeper.

  4. This was so yummy!!!! My husband loved it also!! It tastes better than the full fat version so light and crisp. I did what Annacia did and used splenda since we don't use regular sugar in our house. I made Ww tacos and put a bit of the slaw on top... it was Perfection!!! Thank you so much, Gert.

  5. Wow, the mustard and pineapple really add something good to Cole Slaw. I cheated and started the premade cabbage mix (already in my fridge) and added the carrot and dressing using Splenda for the sugar. It was made early in the morning and chilled till lunch when it was much enjoyed. Gert, I think that it's a keeper. Made for Photo Tag.

I am 30 years old and I love to cook for my family of four.... I am married with two wonderful children.... That is them in the picture above.... It's a little old though.... Wesley will be five in June and Katelyn will be eight in June.... I'm always looking for new things to cook and try out on all of my family.... I'm also a teacher to 17 wonderful 3 yr. olds.... I'm always looking for quick, easy, and wonderful tasting food to fix that my whole family will enjoy... My husband is a picky meat and potatoes man.... SO, any time I fix something new that he likes, is amazing.... Wesley is like his daddy and loves to eat meat and potatoes, but he's also real good about trying other foods.... Katelyn, will eat whatever she can get her hands on.... Katelyn has some special needs and we have to watch what she eats and how she eats.... You can check out her website by clicking our link.... http://www.caringbridge.org/tx/katelyn For fun, I enjoy sewing, scrap booking, reading, and spending time with my kids.
