  • Heat oil in frying pan or wok.
  • Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook the garlic.
  • Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.
  • Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.
  • Season with salt.
  • Serve hot in a plate. Top with browned garlic.
