Mongolian Grill Feast

"My favorite place to eat is a place called HuHot Mongolian Grill. I could eat there every day I think! My DH on the other hand would starve to death if we went there that often! So, to spare him from my cravings, I decided to learn how to make my favorite dish at home. That way I can whip this up anytime I want! **Always use fresh vegetables! Although frozen can be substituted in a pinch."

  1. this was delicious I did add in some chopped garlic and chili flakes I'm only sorry that I didn't use fresh tofu I used some that I think had been in my freezer a little too long, thanks for sharing Kitty I enjoyed this tonight for dinner!

  2. I loved this idea and used it the other night when we were dining at separate times. I cut everything ahead & then stir fried the individuals choices of ingredients when they were ready to eat. Things went together faster than making sandwiches & I was happy we had hot meals. I did include the optional garlic & ginger when cooking the thinnly sliced beef. Thank you for sharing a great idea I will use again!
