BBQ Ribs - Crock Pot

"I think I got this from a crock pot recipe book but it was actually for a roast. The meat simply falls off the bone!"

• Ingredients: 10
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups ketchup
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• salt
• pepper
• minced garlic
• rack of ribs

directions

1. Mix everything except meat together in bowl.
2. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
3. Place ribs in crock pot.
4. Place mixture over ribs and coat evenly.
5. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until meat pulls from bones.
