I'm not experienced in making fish entrees, but I get a mad craving for it every so often. I wanted to try something and saw the other reviews on this recipe. I tried it and now my family has asked for it to be one of our main dishes! It is small prep time, very easy and fast, and tastes delicious! I often double the recipe for the parmesan topping because my family loves it so much! You won't go wrong with this fish dish!
