• 3 teaspoons instant coffee, grains
• 4 strawberries
• 2 teaspoons baking cocoa
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
• 3 ice cubes

directions

1. dump all in blender and blend.
2. drink.
