Ham Slice With Rum Marmalade

ingredients

• 2 slices smoked ham (1/4 inch thick)
• 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
• 2 tablespoons rum
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

directions

1. Place ham on rack in 11x7 inch dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over ham.
3. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3-4 minutes.
